DELF A1/A2 French course

Lessons: 30 lessons to prepare for the DELF over 4 weeks (12 lessons during the first 2 weeks and 18 lessons during the last 2)

Levels: elementary, equivalent at least to level A1 of the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework of Reference (see levels)

Course begins: fixed dates (see dates)

Timetable: 14.00 to 16.15 Monday, Tuesday (and Wednesday during the last 2 weeks)

Preparation for the DELF A1 and A2 exams

  • the programme offers training for the French proficiency exam, Diplôme Elémentaire de Langue Française (DELF) A1 and A2. It enables students to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses with the guidance of a teacher.
  • this preparation course is not a French class in itself but can be a rich complement to a general French course and it can provide students with the means to evaluate their own level objectively.

Course objectives and methodology

  • to improve work techniques (to learn how to learn and how to apply one’s knowledge)

Groups

  • single-level groups, 8 to 14* students maximum, ensure easy participation and a true group dynamic as well as individual attention from the teacher
    *Occasionally, this number may be exceeded by up to 3 due to an unforeseen student placement
